Commercial Roofing Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate meetings to ensure up-to-date labor figures and review estimates with management
* Manage commercial roofing projects, including TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and more
* Ensure projects are completed on time and under budget
* Lead crews of foremen, superintendents, and other team members
* Conduct site visits to identify existing roof systems and materials
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience Indiana estimating and project management Indiana the commercial roofing industry
* Familiarity with commercial roofing materials and techniques
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Positive attitude, analytical nature, self-motivation, ambition, and a team-oriented approach
