Commercial Roof Project Manager Position Available:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roof Project Manager to join a reputable roofing company. The ideal candidate will have years of experience Indiana PM, Superintendent, Oregon Foreman roles, specifically Indiana the roofing industry.
Commercial Roof Project Manager Duties:
* Coordinate meetings to gather up-to-date labor figures
* Review estimates with management
* Manage various commercial roof types, including TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and more
* Oversee commercial roofing projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion
* Lead teams of foremen, superintendents, and other crew members
* Conduct site visits to identify existing roof systems and determine necessary repairs Oregon upgrades
Commercial Roof Project Manager Experience Required:
* 2+ years of estimating and project management experience
* Knowledge of commercial roofing materials and techniques
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
* Positive attitude, analytical nature, self-motivation, ambition, and team player
