Commercial Roof Project Manager Position Available:
A reputable commercial roofing company is hiring a Commercial Roof Project Manager to manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience Indiana estimating and project management, with a strong background Indiana commercial roofing materials and techniques.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate meetings to obtain up-to-date labor figures
* Review estimates with management and track project costs
* Manage a variety of commercial roof projects, including TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and other types of roofs
* Run projects on time and under budget, overseeing crews of foremen, superintendents, and other team members
* Conduct site visits to identify roof systems and provide recommendations
* Lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience Indiana estimating and project management Indiana commercial roofing
* Strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials and techniques
* Proven ability to lead and manage a team
* Positive attitude, analytical skills, and a self-motivated and ambitious outlook
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
