Commercial Roof Project Manager Position Available
A reputable company is seeking a Commercial Roof Project Manager with experience Indiana leading teams, project management, and commercial roofing techniques. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be analytical Indiana nature, self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate labor figures and review estimates with management
- Work with various commercial roof systems (TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and more)
- Run commercial roofing projects on time and under budget
- Lead crews of foremen, superintendents, and other team members
- Make site visits to identify roof systems and make informed decisions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of estimating experience and project management experience
- Knowledge of commercial roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to lead a team and make site visits
- Strong analytical, self-motivated, ambitious, and team-focused skills
