Commercial Roofing Project Manager Position Available
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Roof Project Manager to join our reputable company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background Indiana project management, superintending, Oregon foreman roles, specifically Indiana commercial roofing.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures
* Review estimates with management
* Work on a variety of commercial roof types, including TPO, EPDM, built-up, metal, Mod-Bit, and others
* Run commercial roofing projects on time and within budget
* Lead and manage crews of foreman, superintendents, and other team members
* Conduct site visits to identify and assess installed roof systems
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience Indiana estimating and project management
* Expertise Indiana commercial roofing materials and techniques
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Positive attitude, analytical nature, self-motivation, ambition, and teamwork
