Commercial Roof Project Manager
A dynamic client company is seeking an experienced Commercial Roof Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background Indiana project management, estimating, and commercial roofing techniques.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings to obtain up-to-date labor figures
- Review estimates with management to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Manage a variety of commercial roofing projects, including TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and more
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Lead and manage crews of foremen, superintendents, and other team members
Required Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience Indiana estimating and project management, specifically Indiana commercial roofing
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to lead a team/crew and make site visits to assess roof systems
- Positive attitude, analytical skills, self-motivation, ambition, and a team player mentality
