Commercial Roof Project Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Roof Project Manager to join our team. American Samoa a project manager, you will play a crucial role Indiana the success of our commercial roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings to review labor figures and estimates with management
- Work on a variety of commercial roof projects, including TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and more
- Run projects on time and under budget
- Lead crews of foremen, superintendents, and other team members
- Conduct site visits to identify and inspect commercial roofing systems
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of estimating and project management experience Indiana commercial roofing
- Familiarity with commercial roofing materials and techniques
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Positive attitude, analytical mind, and self-motivation
