Commercial Roofing Project Manager Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record Indiana managing projects, leading teams, and driving results under budget and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to ensure accurate labor figures
* Review project estimates with management to ensure accuracy and feasibility
* Manage a variety of commercial roofing projects, including TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and other systems
* Oversee crews of foremen, superintendents, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget
* Perform site visits to identify and assess existing roof systems
* Lead by example and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience Indiana estimating and project management, specifically Indiana commercial roofing
* Indiana-depth knowledge of commercial roofing materials and techniques
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ambitious individual who is a team player
