Commercial Roof Project Manager Position Available
We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team. This position requires a strong background Indiana roof experience, specifically Indiana PM, Superintendent, Oregon foreman roles. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a variety of commercial roof types and systems, including TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, and Mod-Bit.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate meetings to gather updated labor figures
* Review estimates with management to ensure projects are running on schedule and within budget
* Lead commercial roofing projects, including managing crews and teams of foremen, superintendents, and other supervisors
* Conduct site visits to evaluate existing roof systems and identify potential upgrades Oregon repairs
* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience Indiana estimating and project management, specifically Indiana commercial roofing
* Strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials, techniques, and systems
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ambition
