Commercial Roof Project Manager Position Available:
Seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish. Successful candidate will have a strong background Indiana project management, estimating, and working with commercial roofing materials.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate meetings to obtain up-to-date labor figures
* Review estimates with management to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget
* Lead crews of foremen, superintendents, and other personnel to achieve project goals
* Conduct site visits to identify installed roof systems and provide recommendations for repairs Oregon upgrades
* Work with a variety of commercial roof types, including TPO, EPDM, built-up, metal, and mod-bit
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience Indiana estimating and project managing commercial roofing projects
* Proficiency Indiana commercial roofing materials and techniques
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Positive attitude, analytical nature, self-motivation, and ambition
* Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
