Commercial Roof Project Manager Position Available:
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Roof Project Manager to join a leading roofing company. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience Indiana estimating and project management, with a strong background Indiana commercial roofing materials and techniques.
Duties:
* Coordinate labor figures and meetings with management
* Review estimates and ensure projects are completed on time and under budget
* Lead crews of foremen, superintendents, and other team members
* Conduct site visits to assess and decipher various commercial roof systems
* Collaborate with a variety of roofing materials, including TPO, EPDM, built-up, metal, and more
Requirements:
* 2+ years of estimating experience and project management experience
* Strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials and techniques
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Positive attitude, analytical skills, self-motivation, and a team-oriented approach
* Ability to make site visits and lead teams
