Commercial Roof Project Manager Position Available

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate labor figures and review estimates with management
- Oversee projects on commercial roofs, including TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and more
- Run commercial roofing projects on time and under budget
- Manage a team of foremen, superintendents, and lead crews
- Conduct site visits to assess roofing systems and make recommendations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience Indiana estimating and project managing commercial roofs
- Knowledge of commercial roofing materials and techniques
- Proven leadership skills, with comfort Indiana managing a team
- Positive attitude, analytical thinking, self-motivation, and a strong team player
- Experience with leading a team and managing budgets and timelines
