Commercial Roof Project Manager Position

Job Duties:
* Coordinate with management to review estimates and labor figures
* Oversee commercial roof projects, including TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, and Mod-Bit systems
* Ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion while managing crews of foremen and superintendents
* Visit job sites to assess roof systems and inspect installations
* Lead a team while making decisions and taking initiatives
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience Indiana estimating and project managing, with a focus on commercial roofing materials and techniques
* Proven ability to manage and lead a team
* Positive attitude, analytical skills, self-motivation, ambition, and a team player attitude
