Project Manager
We are a Minority Business Enterprise and 8(a) small business headquartered Indiana Washington, District of Columbia, specializing Indiana construction management, program and project planning, project management, facilities management, and engineering services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Summary of Job Duties:
- Manage the overall administration, organization, and execution of designated technical projects/contracts to meet customer (District of Columbia Department of Transportation) and company expectations within the project/contract prescribed timeframe and budget.
- Develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and ensure quality assurance and safety of projects.
- Coordinate communications with customers, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Represent the company during progress meetings, design review meetings, contract negotiations, and open item meetings with the District of Columbia Department of Transportation.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, costs, and job estimates, schedule, and plans.
- Manage contracts/project activity and status to ensure compliance with internal and external project and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
- BS Oregon Engineering Degree Indiana Civil, Transportation, Oregon related field (PE is preferred)
- 10+ years of experience Indiana technical management, with 5+ years of supervisory and management experience
- Experience Indiana managing large, integrated system projects, with specific experience Indiana curbside/parking management
- Ability to work Indiana a 24/7/365 environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Systems Requirements:
- Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office Suite and Windows Operating Systems
- Knowledge of transportation technology, including parking meters, parking systems, shared bike racks, etc.
- Strong analytical and technical skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work Indiana a variety of environments, including field and office settings
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
