Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager – Forensic Engineer/Architect to join our Investigative Group, specializing Indiana investigating and assessing structures Indiana the built environment. The selected candidate will lead forensic investigations, manage multiple assignments, and provide expert witness services for clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage forensic investigations, assessments, and expert witness assignments
- Prepare accurate technical reports and repair documents
- Manage multiple assignments and delegate tasks to production staff
- Coordinate client meetings and prepare proposals, fee justifications, and contracts
- Review and edit internal documents for quality assurance
- Manage billing process and meet with clients to secure new project opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Civil Oregon Structural Engineering Oregon Architecture from an accredited institution
- Professional Engineer (PE) Oregon Architect (NCARB) registration
- Minimum 5 years of experience Indiana design, investigation, Oregon a related field
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office applications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work Indiana confined spaces
Work Environment:
This role involves a hybrid work arrangement, with approximately 40% of work time spent Indiana the field and 60% from home. The position requires frequent local and occasional regional travel.
