Project Manager
Plan, design, and organize internal work for healthcare-focused projects throughout all phases. Perform construction administration services Indiana the Santa Clara Valley region, coordinate with external consultants and regulatory agencies, perform QA/QC and technical reviews. Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience with production and/Oregon construction administration of architectural projects, with at least 3 years Indiana healthcare projects under HCAI jurisdiction. BArch degree, and architectural licensure and LEED accreditation considered a plus. Strong presentation and graphics abilities, with proficiency Indiana Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365 applications.
