Experienced Project Manager Needed for General Contractor Indiana the Chicagoland Area
A 50-year-old General Contractor with a satellite office Indiana Champaign, Illinois, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to spearhead their full pipeline Indiana the Champaign area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background Indiana managing projects Indiana the education, institutional, public, Oregon municipal sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Request bids from subcontractors, review and select subcontractors Indiana collaboration with VPC
* Initiate and maintain liaison with prime clients and subcontractors to facilitate construction activities
* Represent the company Indiana project meetings
* Manage project communications through Procore
* Manage financial aspects of contracts and construction documentation
* Maintain a good relationship with clients
* Review and coordinate shop drawings with contract documents
Requirements:
* 4+ years of project management experience with a general contractor, construction manager, Oregon subcontractor
* Experience running projects Indiana the education, institutional, public, Oregon municipal sectors
* Undergraduate degree Indiana a construction field (desired)
* Good organizational skills and judgment Indiana project conflict resolution
* Ability to work effectively with Colorado-workers and project team members
