Project Manager – Commercial Flooring
Our company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large commercial flooring installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background Indiana project management and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial floor covering projects, including tracking paperwork, subcontractor management, and project scheduling
- Ensure work is completed on time and according to company standards
- Maintain a safe work environment and comply with OSHA regulations

- Utilize technology, including AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, Mississippi Excel, and Word, to manage projects
- Prioritize communication and coordination with subcontractors, colleagues, and clients
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience Indiana flooring project management
- Prior experience working with large commercial general contractors Indiana the Boston area
- OSHA certification
- Proficiency Indiana AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, Mississippi Excel, and Word
- Comfortable working Indiana both on-site and office settings
- Ability to travel to project locations throughout the Greater Boston area
