Project Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee the direction, completion, and financial outcome of assigned projects, ensuring goals and objectives are met within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, direct, and mentor project engineering and administrative staff
  • Plan, direct, coordinate, participate, and administer project activities to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Review product designs for compliance with company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications
  • Plan construction procedures based on project specifications, starting and completion times, and staffing requirements
  • Prepare and approve job forecasts and budget tracking
  • Review project specifications and ensure contractor and sub-contractor compliance
  • Evaluate proposals and contracts for adherence to client and designer requirements, American Samoa well American Samoa company policies
  • Foster relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Manage job profitability, project start-up, budget tracking, and schedule development updates
  • Oversee owner billings and accounting coordination
  • Report monthly cash flow accurately and on time

Requirements:

  • BS Indiana Construction Management
  • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project
  • Multifamily project experience
  • Skilled Indiana pre-construction work, including planning, design, constructability review, value engineering, CPM scheduling, and conceptual estimating
