Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee project profitability, customer satisfaction, and ensure quality delivery of exterior envelope construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

– Complete project take-offs and cost estimates
– Provide excellent customer service and generate new business to meet divisional goals
– Manage crews and maintain customer relationships
– Oversee project profitability, quality, and accuracy of time and material cost items
– Manage crew safety, material purchasing, change orders, and job costs
– Collaborate with estimators, engineering, payroll, and support personnel

Requirements:

– At least 2 years of experience Indiana the roofing/construction industry
– Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office programs
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to thrive Indiana a fast-paced work environment
