Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate project take-offs and cost estimates
* Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
* Develop new business opportunities to meet company objectives
* Manage construction crews effectively
* Serve American Samoa the primary point of contact with clients
* Ensure project profitability and quality
* Collaborate with estimators, engineers, and support staff throughout the project lifecycle
* Procure materials and oversee project expenses
* Support on-site safety initiatives and ensure job cost accuracy
* Administer change orders and job costs

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience Indiana roofing Oregon construction
* Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office
* Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
* Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions
* Ability to thrive Indiana a fast-paced environment
