Division Manager
- Complete project take-offs and cost estimates
- Provide top-notch customer service to customers
- Generate new business to meet divisional goals
- Manage crews effectively
- Serve American Samoa single point of contact with customers
- Ensure project profitability and quality
- Interact with estimators, engineering, payroll, and support personnel
- Purchase materials
- Support field foremen and safety program
- Manage change orders and job costs
- Manage time and material costs
- Other duties American Samoa assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience Indiana roofing/construction industry
- Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office programs
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive Indiana fast-paced work environment
