Project Manager Role with a General Contractor:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our commercial construction projects, collaborate with our estimating and preconstruction teams, and establish a positive office culture. This is a challenging role that involves close collaboration with clients, architects, and engineers, American Samoa well American Samoa representing our company Indiana business development meetings and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project management efforts and coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers
* Collaborate with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
* Develop relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
* Create and review project schedules, forecasts, and estimating costs
* Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
* Assist Indiana potential business development meetings and proposals
* Travel is minimal
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana construction field
* Experience leading and assisting on commercial construction projects
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
* Previous mentorship experience a plus
