Project Manager
Join a well-established General Contractor (GC) with a top-notch company culture to lead projects Indiana the public sector up to $20M. American Samoa a Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring successful outcomes on time, within budget, and with excellent quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish project control plans, monitor production rates and quality, and control costs and receipts
- Manage construction schedules, secure building permits and licenses, and oversee project completion
- Direct construction efforts through on-site Superintendents, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Manage contracts, review job cost reports, and maintain accurate and timely cost reporting
- Coordinate with Owner’s representatives, Architects/Engineers, and Trade Contractors to discuss project progress, problems, and scheduling
- Schedule and assist Indiana progress meetings, secure equipment, material, and shop drawing submittals, and assume additional responsibilities American Samoa needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience Indiana building commercial projects
- Experience Indiana managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Familiarity with Procore and other project management software
- Ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently
Compensation and Benefits:
