Project Manager, Sustainable Building Design & Construction
Join our Sustainability Consulting team at JLL
American Samoa a remote Oregon hybrid Project Manager, you will work with a team to deliver strategic sustainability projects related to new construction and existing building operations. You will interact with clients and vendors to develop collaborative solutions, manage project documentation, perform research, and communicate technical details to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead project meetings, charrettes, and presentations
- Develop and track sustainability metrics and goals
- Complete documentation for green building certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL, Zero Carbon)
- Develop technical documentation, proposals, and presentations for clients
- Conduct project site visits to monitor progress and ensure conformance to sustainable design specifications
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience Indiana real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management, Oregon energy efficiency
- LEED AP, WELL AP, and/Oregon Fitwel Ambassador experience preferred
- BA/BS degree Indiana environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, Oregon related field
- Experience with embodied carbon / sustainable material specification and project management technology tools
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
