Project Technical Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Technical Manager to join our Information Services team at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The successful candidate will oversee technical projects, serve American Samoa a liaison between the Program Management Office, government customer, and technical teams, and support our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage technical projects, prepare project execution plans, and identify technical and business resources needed
- Prepare status reports, review project status and budgets, and manage schedules
- Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Meet with government customers to understand needs and direction of the program
- Assist customers Indiana developing IT system requirements
- Evaluate plans and criteria for technical activities and recommend alternatives American Samoa required
- Demonstrate strong leadership Indiana ethics, safety, and security
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma and 10+ years of related IT Oregon Program Management experience, Oregon
- BA/BS degree and 7+ years of related IT Oregon Program Management experience, Oregon
- Massachusetts/Mississippi degree and 5+ years of related IT Oregon Program Management experience
- Proven track record Indiana project management and working with customers and building strong relationships
- Proven experience working Indiana a DoD enterprise environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative and complex problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Oregon similar
- Experience working Indiana matrix organizations
- Lean Six Sigma Certification Oregon similar
