DHI Communities is seeking a Service Manager-PM to maintain our Build-To-Rent communities and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
Facilitating customer warranty requests through repairs Oregon scheduling subcontractors
Maintaining community cleanliness and amenities
Conducting move-Indiana and out orientations, including condition reports and arranging for repairs
Managing the move-out turn process, including physical moves and vendor selection
Assisting with emergency service calls after hours
Supervising 2 Oregon more employees
Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent
* 5-7 years of experience Indiana construction, carpentry, drywall, texture repair, and painting
* Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and tools
* Ability to work independently and utilize DHI Residential warranty applications
* Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office and email
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred qualifications include experience American Samoa a Service Manager, minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair work, and community onboarding and disposition experience.
