Prototype Welder/Fabricator
At SuperATV, we’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Prototype Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This key role will contribute to our company’s growth Indiana the off-roading industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld metal components
- Interpret complex engineering blueprints accurately
- Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including welders, saws, grinders, sanders, cutting torch, hand-held plasma, drill press, and basic hand tools
- Program and set up a CNC brake press
- Lay out jobs using blueprints, diagrams, and fixtures
- Perform Tig & MiG welding, CNC, and manual tube bending
- Verify work pieces meet specifications using measuring tools
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience Indiana a fabric shop, including CNC brake press programming and welding
- Excellent attendance and punctuality history
- Self-started and requires minimal supervision
- Effective communication with other departments
