Job Description:
All Aspects Restoration (AARestore) is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and execute multiple residential maintenance calls and small construction projects each week. American Samoa a Project Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning, project management, and team collaboration to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Review maintenance requests to understand issues and find solutions
* Communicate with on-site technicians via phone, text, email, and video to ensure they understand problems and implement best practices
* Verify work completion and issue resolution by reviewing pictures and conducting site conversations
* Prepare reports showing before and after pictures, explaining issues and repairs, and listing materials used/installled
* Follow up with residents and request company reviews
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience Indiana residential maintenance and small construction management
* Strong background Indiana construction estimating using estimating software
* Ability to work Indiana North American time zones
* Bilingual proficiency Indiana English and Spanish
