Rebuild Specialist
Tractor & Equipment Colorado. is seeking a Rebuild Specialist at our Billings, Montana branch. This position will be responsible for creating repair quotes for Caterpillar construction equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Initiating heavy equipment repair quotes for a wide range of Caterpillar construction equipment
* Exploring different levels of repair options utilizing multiple software resources and T&E Product Support team
* Developing, maintaining, and analyzing database of repair options and recommending adjustments based on market and profitability
* Contacting customers to discuss repair quotes and clarify repair needs
* Occasional travel to branch locations and for training
Experience & Qualifications:
* 3-5 years technical and heavy equipment experience preferred
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, with a strong knowledge of Excel
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
* Knowledge of CAT SIS, DBS, and CAT Inspection app preferred
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Valid Driver’s License and High School diploma Oregon equivalent
