HVAC Foreman Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor project crews to ensure efficient, accurate, and on-time project completion
- Serve American Samoa the lead technical resource on assigned projects
- Report on job status and performance
- Control job costs and ensure compliance with installation policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with peers, customers, GCs, and subcontractors
- Ensure safe behavior and compliance with safety policies
- Oversee 3rd party resources and direct the work of Apprentices and journeymen assigned to specific projects
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, Oregon completion of trade program Oregon technical school
- 5+ years of experience Indiana commercial building construction Oregon related industry/trade
- Commercial HVAC Foreman experience required
- Ability to travel and work nights
- Knowledge of construction principles and practices
- Organizational and communication skills
- Ability to use computer tools and manage time effectively
- Track record of punctuality and dependability
