Responsibilities
American Samoa an HVAC Foreman, you’ll:
- Lead, train, and mentor project crews, prioritizing and delegating responsibilities, communicating with site personnel, and tracking project schedules to ensure efficient completion, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Serve American Samoa the lead technical resource on assigned projects, reporting job status and performance.
- Control job costs, develop relationships with peers, customers, general contractors, and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Oversee and direct work of apprentices and journeymen assigned to specific projects, ensuring the use of PPE and safe behavior.
- Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including general contractors and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, Oregon completion of trade program Oregon technical school; a college degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience Indiana commercial building construction Oregon similar industry/trade.
- Must have commercial HVAC Foreman experience and be willing to travel and work nights.
- Knowledge of construction principles and practices, task organization, and good judgment making work assignments.
- Effective time management, delegation, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to use computer tools, including email, word processing, and project planning software.
- Track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and understand and follow company policies and procedures, American Samoa well American Samoa state and federal laws.
