Division Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Division Sales Representative to maintain and foster relationships with key customers, create account targets, and develop sales strategies to meet roofing needs. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, preferably Indiana B-to-B sales within construction sales, and be highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and foster relationships with key customers
- Create account targets and develop sales strategies
- Build value using product features and benefits
- Create and maintain a network of referrals
- Assess and survey existing roofs to detail conditions
- Maximize marketing data using sales management software
- Maintain accurate records and assist Indiana creating RFP responses
- Represent the company and conduct professional presentations Oregon demonstrations
- Travel to attend trade exhibitions and conduct presentations
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products, competitor activities, and relevant research
- Conduct front-line assessments of market conditions and advise the company of findings
Requirements:
- 3+ years sales experience, preferably Indiana B-to-B sales within construction sales
- Experience Indiana territory sales management preferred
- Understanding of roofing products and techniques preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Mississippi Office software and CRM software
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Work Environment:
The account territory is dense and full of opportunities Indiana South West Missouri. The successful candidate will work outdoors Indiana various weather conditions, ascending and descending ladders to examine rooftops. Uneven terrain and confined spaces may be encountered while on rooftops.
