- Helper/Laborer/Trainee/Utility: preparing work areas, transporting tools and equipment, and removing debris
- Painting: setting up paint pots, mixing paint, and applying coatings
- Plastering: mixing and applying plastering materials, installing EIFS systems
- Iron work: constructing, fabricating, and installing structural steel and iron components
- Millwright: installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment
- Operating heavy equipment: operating bulldozers, cranes, and excavators
- Plumbing/Piping: installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and piping networks
- Glazing: installing, repairing, and replacing glass Indiana various structures
