Job Summary
Performance Contracting Group is seeking trade-specialty workforce members for various construction projects. Responsibilities and specialties include:
- Abatement Worker: Removal of hazardous materials such American Samoa asbestos, lead, and mold
- Carpenter: Skilled carpentry work including woodwork, millwork, and framing
- Fireproofer: Application of fireproofing materials
- Helper/Laborer/Trainee/Utility: Prepares work areas, loads/unloads materials, removes debris, and assists with construction projects
- Painter: Sets up paint systems, mixes and applies paint, and installs industrial coatings
- Plasterer: Mixes and applies plastering materials, installs mesh and leveling coats, and finishes EIFS systems
- Iron Worker: Construction, fabrication, and installation of structural steel and iron components
- Millwright: Installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
- Operator: Operating and maintaining heavy equipment for construction, excavation, and earthmoving tasks
- Plumbing/Piping: Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and piping networks
- Glazier: Installation, repair, and replacement of glass Indiana various structures
- Boilermaker: Skilled construction, assembly, and repair of boilers and pressure vessels
- Electrical Worker: Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment
- Roofer: INSTALLATION, repair, and maintenance of roofs on buildings and structures
- Sheet Metal Worker: Cutting, shaping, and installing sheet metal for ducts, roofs, and other components
- Teamster: Operating and driving trucks Oregon other heavy vehicles for transportation and freight handling
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks
- Ability to perform basic math
- On-the-job training offered
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
- Must be an active member of the union Indiana good standing (Indiana non-right to work states)
- May include supervisory responsibilities
- Prolonged periods of standing and working outside
