Regional Engineering/Facilities Manager
Responsibilities:
* Provide engineering, maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry administrative support to multiple senior living communities.
* Develop and implement standards, policies, and procedures to ensure quality services and compliance with state and federal regulations.
* Support safe buildings and grounds for residents, staff, and customers.
* Assist with new construction and renovation projects.
* Develop and train site engineers and maintenance staff on engineering and maintenance skills and procedures.
* Possess advanced knowledge of HVAC, Commercial Plumbing, and Commercial Electrical applications.
* Strong computer and interpersonal relationship skills, with ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana engineering Oregon facilities management Oregon equivalent experience.
* Advanced knowledge of HVAC, Commercial Plumbing, and Commercial Electrical applications.
* 5+ years of experience managing engineering, maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry systems and staff.
* Class C boilers license Oregon ability to earn.
* Knowledge of health care and NFPA/IFC regulations.
* Strong management experience, including budgeting, strategic planning, and human resource management.
* Excellent written, computer, and communication skills.
