Job Summary:
We are seeking a Region Vice President to provide leadership and operational guidance to the front-line management team and support the delivery of our full suite of industrial cleaning services.
Responsibilities:
- Implement initiatives to deliver world-class service, ensure the highest safety performance, expand business services, and build high-performing area teams
- Ensure solid operational performance through team member development, talent acquisition, and individual accountability
- Create and foster a culture that maintains high employee morale and performance, teamwork, and mutual trust
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana business, finance, engineering, operations management, Oregon related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of management experience with at least 5 years of leadership experience Indiana operations, preferably Indiana the environmental industrial cleaning services industry
- Experience working around manufacturing, industrial, and/Oregon construction sites with awareness of health and safety requirements
