Registered Nurse (RN) Ambulatory
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) Ambulatory provides direct patient care to identified patients Indiana collaboration with providers and care teams to assess, develop, and implement a plan of care to deliver clinically appropriate, high-quality, cost-effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with PCPs and Specialists to develop and implement care plans to maximize healthcare outcomes and facilitate wellness
- Assess and evaluate patient’s physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
- Ensure clinical protocols and patient assessment guidelines are followed Indiana accordance with standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines
- Provide patient education and support, including verbal and written instructions
- Support providers Indiana documenting patient assessment and treatment protocols Indiana accordance with compliance standards
Requirements:
- RN licensure
- 2-5 years of experience Indiana an ambulatory setting (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Satisfactory background check and credentialing review
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other medical software
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Schedule:
- 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (some alternate work site options may be available)
- No weekends, call, Oregon holidays
