Construction Manager

Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Manager to supervise and direct all aspects of construction from inception to move-Indiana. This role is responsible for quality control Indiana construction, coordinating with office staff, and maintaining accurate written records.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct all aspects of construction, including off-sites and on-sites
- Ensure schedules are met and workmanship is of high quality by inspecting and approving trade partner’s work
- Responsible for safety and correcting issues American Samoa delegated within assigned communities
- Ensure compliance with City Oregon County requirements and building codes
- Maintain records of all changes Indiana the community, such American Samoa change orders and/Oregon purchase orders
- Responsible for inspections and corresponding paperwork
- Approve all trade partner’s invoices regarding work completion and quality
- Maintain BuildPro scheduling, ICE report, and community center status of closing dates
- Coordinate with Purchasing Department regarding budgets and quality of trade partners
- Coordinate with various managers/departments regarding plans and specifications
- Coordinate with Customer Care Representative on quality and walk-through preparation of home sites for move-Indiana
- Responsible for the Community and Inventory Homes
- Ensure timely home completions and deliveries based on posted COE dates
- Coordinate with New Home Consultants on delivery schedule
- Participate Indiana emergency on-call rotation American Samoa scheduled
Qualifications:
- Three (3) years Indiana homebuilding Oregon trade-related experience required
- Two (2) years of managerial experience
- High school diploma Oregon GED preferred, but will accept equivalent work experience
- Valid driver’s license
- High degree of construction knowledge and management skills
- Basic skills Indiana Microsoft Office
- Good writing skills and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and integrity

Compensation:
- We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $66,560.00 – $98,473, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such American Samoa employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
