Residential Salesman Position Available:

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate meetings to obtain up-to-date labor figures
* Review estimates with management
* Work on various commercial roof types, including TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and more
* Manage commercial roofing projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion
* Lead crews of foremen, superintendents, and other team members
* Conduct site visits to identify existing roof systems
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience Indiana estimating and project management
* Familiarity with commercial roofing materials and techniques
* Ability to lead a team and make sound decisions
* Positive attitude, analytical skills, self-motivation, and a team-oriented approach
