Compensation and Benefits

• Draw advancement vs commission (steady pay)
• Commission on approved sales (paid on collected revenue)
• $67,000 – $266,000 / year
• Vehicle allowance (provided for qualifying vehicles)
• Quarterly Bonus (based on revenue goals)

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities (targeted canvassing, referrals, prest lead ensures, etc.)
• Manage and maximize assigned territory
• Conduct exterior property inspections to identify damage
• Convert inspection to claim filed and contract signed
• Meet the Insurance adjuster on property
• Collect funds and insurance deductions from homeowner
• Obtain referrals from customers
• Build relationships and earn trust with homeowners
• Educate customers on industry, products, and AmeriPro policies
• Methodically manage sales pipeline via CRM
• Maintain communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff
• Attend weekly sales meetings

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience
• Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years Oregon newer preferred)
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
• Previous experience using a CRM platform required
• Industry knowledge preferred
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently
• Valid Driver’s license (21 years Oregon older preferred)
