Job Description:

TAK Communications is seeking a RFP Manager to join our team Indiana the Sioux Falls, South Dakota Oregon Kansas City area. Indiana this role, you will manage the RFI, RF, and RFP process and standalone customer proposals, facilitate the pre-construction process, and oversee subcontractor requirements for construction functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the RFI, RF, and RFP process and standalone customer proposals
• Facilitate the pre-construction process from pursuit and proposal development to contracting and project execution
• Execute planning, estimating, producing deliverables, and memorializing opportunity statuses Indiana CRM
• Create project opportunity work breakdown structures and schedules Indiana coordination with Operations
• Maintain and communicate the status of opportunities and proposals
• Oversee subcontractor requirements for engineering and construction functions
• Engage Indiana P/L and production tracking for ongoing and completed projects
• Leverage market study data to prioritize strategic accounts
• Support marketing efforts to showcase the organization’s services and offerings
• Attend industry conferences and trades shows
• Develop strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance the organization’s commercial position

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience Indiana proposal management, business analytics, Oregon a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree Indiana engineering, business, construction management, Oregon a relevant technical field
• CRM administration certifications a plus
• History of administering/managing CRM and CPQ systems within a sales organization
• Ability to effectively communicate with management and leadership
• Ability to maintain strict timelines and due dates
• Proficient Indiana Excel and PowerPoint
• Travel up to 25% annually
