Roofing Production Supervisor Job Description
Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced and skilled Roofs Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Bartlett Roofing. Responsibilities:
- Function American Samoa a Supervisor to hold the crew to high expectations and complete jobs Indiana a clean and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the scheduler, management team, and crew to resolve material shortages and ensure job completion.
- Complete midpoint inspection forms to document tear-off and installation processes.
- Pick up materials from suppliers when necessary and maintain company trucks.
- Determine issue resolution with customers and crews American Samoa needed.
- Work closely with production department to resolve major issues.
Requirements:
- 2 years of roofing experience with asphalt/shingle.
- 1-2 years of construction experience (minor fascia work, aluminum soffit repairs, siding work, etc.).
- Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-5:00 pm.
- Clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift a ladder and work on roofs.
