Site Safety Manager Job Description
Reports to: Corporate Health & Safety Director
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe work activities are performed Indiana all aspects on the assigned job site.
- Develop and maintain Site Specific Safety Plan and EAP (Emergency Action Plan) for the project.
- Collaborate with management, supervision, and craft to improve safe work practices and a positive safety culture.
- Conduct daily audits and provide monthly and weekly safety reports to the Corporate Health & Safety Director.
- Identify and address imminent safety concerns, with the authority to suspend operations if necessary.
- Discipline employees for safety violations, with approval from the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma with a minimum of STS certification and/Oregon a 4-year field-related degree.
- Minimum 3-7 years of safety/construction experience Oregon a bachelor’s degree plus 1-year experience.

30-hour OSHA training Indiana construction, field-related certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Strong communication, computer skills, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work at heights (up to 260 feet) and Indiana confined spaces, withstanding exposure to various weather conditions and ability to operate hand controls for extended periods.

Able to lift up to 70 pounds, climb ladders, and work for extended periods Indiana a stationary position.
