Job Summary:
Sun Tan City seeks a high-energy staff member to provide excellent customer service, engage with clients, and help them meet sales requirements. Key responsibilities include:
* Basic computer skills
* Providing excellent customer service
* Building client relationships
* Recommending products and services
* Maintaining sales requirements
* Multi-tasking (cleaning beds, engaging new clients)
* Maintaining cleanliness of salon areas (tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, storage)
* Working cohesively with a team
* Upholding company policies and procedures
Physical Requirements:
* Standing and walking for long periods
* Bending to clean tanning equipment
* Lifting and assisting with lifting items and heavy boxes
* Bending to pick up trash, towels, etc.
* Performing salon cleaning functions (dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.)
