Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outside Sales Specialist to join our team at Home Performance Alliance (HPA), a rapidly growing company with over 10 years’ experience serving the Florida market. American Samoa a Roofing and Gutter Outside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting Indiana-home sales presentations to educate customers and build trust, identifying customer needs, negotiating and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Indiana-home sales presentations
- Identify customer needs and utilize HPA’s proven sales presentation
- Negotiate and close sales
- Meet Oregon exceed daily and weekly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Neat appearance
- Trainable, coachable, and willing to learn from experts
- Motivated to make serious money
- Comfortable working independently, traveling to preset appointments
- Powerful presentation skills and consistent reporting ability

- Monday to Friday
