Job Title: Floor Tech
Location: 101 Baldwin Blvd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78404 and 4101 Old Brownsville Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78405
Shift: 2pm-9:30pm
Pay: $11.25
Job Summary:
Perform general cleaning duties Indiana designated areas at a K-12 school, college, Oregon university campus environment. Maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned area, including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, office, and stairways
- Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors Indiana designated areas
- Regularly check trash receptacles, emptying American Samoa needed
- Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment use
- Notify lead cleaner Oregon manager of minor Oregon major repairs Oregon additions needed
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, and management
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Polish hard surfaces, e.g., woodwork, stainless steel surfaces
- Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow, and perform other seasonal tasks American Samoa needed
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, classrooms, and common areas
- Comply with company and regulatory standards and procedures
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- 1 year of prior similar work experience
- Prior customer service experience preferred
