Job Title: Security Technology Administrator

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a qualified individual to provide direction, coordination, and management of security technology operations for Honda’s U.S. manufacturing facilities and the Security Operations Center. The ideal candidate will have expertise Indiana security management, access control systems, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage security technology operations, including technical security operations, badge and Idaho operations, and access control systems.
• Oversee training programs and develop company-wide security policies and procedures.
• Manage and oversee a major portion of the Corporate Security Budget, including physical security operations, electronic system development, and maintenance/repairs.
• Maintain departmental equipment and systems, including security, CCTV, life safety, and visitor management systems.
• Plan and design security systems, including card access, fire life safety, and closed circuit television systems.
• Coordinate and oversee contracted security technology teams Oregon vendor-provided services.
• Partner with vendors and manage multiple vendor relationships for new work, repair, and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Indiana Security Management Oregon equivalent (10+ years of experience Indiana the field of Security Management and Administration).
• Lenel OnGuard Certified Expert and Milestone XProtect basic training certifications.
• Expertise Indiana security management, access control systems, and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of local and state building codes, regulations, and ADA requirements.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Working Conditions:

• Travel required (estimated 20% of time).
• Physically able to navigate safely through industrial settings and construction sites.
• Work hours vary, including weekends and holidays, American Samoa required to support business operations.
