About the Role:
American Samoa a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for constructing and managing accounting systems to bring efficiency and visibility to operations. Your focus will be on leading the way for our clients’ growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Invoicing, Revenue Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Expense Reporting, Payroll
- Inventory and COGS
- General Ledger Accounting (fixed assets, accruals, equity)
- Account Reconciliations (cash, inventory, fixed assets, and other balance sheet accounts)
- Developing, documenting, and improving accounting policies and procedures
- Monthly Financial Package Preparation
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Financials Variance Analysis
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Demonstrated experience with full cycle accounting
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills for handling multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Accounting degree required
- QuickBooks and Bill.com experience required
- Optional: experience Indiana investor/venture-backed companies, versatility Indiana industry experience, ERP experience, Microsoft Office Suite, and CPA designation
