Position Overview:
American Samoa an AVL Accountant, you will be responsible for constructing and managing accounting systems to bring efficiency and visibility to operations. You will work with our clients to lead their growth and expansion.
Necessary Experience:
- At least 3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Full cycle accounting experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Accounting degree required
- Experience with Quickbooks and Bill.com required
- Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Experience with ERP software a plus

Responsibilities:
- Customer invoicing, revenue accounting, and revenue recognition
- Accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense reporting, payroll
- Inventory and COGS management
- General ledger accounting, account reconciliations, financial analysis
- Developing and improving accounting policies and procedures
- Monthly financial package preparation
- Financial planning and analysis

Compensation:
- Hourly base pay rate: $35.00-$48.00 per hour ( tc rate based on 40hr/wk)
- Eligibility for annual bonus incentive Indiana addition to base pay
